Al Baraka Islamic Bank Bahrain, a prominent financial institution in Bahrain specializing in Islamic banking services, has introduced a comprehensive digital banking solution through its Omni-channel application.

The recently unveiled application has been thoughtfully designed to cater to the banking requirements of customers, offering convenient access to seamless banking operations and an array of financial products and services without necessitating visits to physical branches. This digital platform, set to be deployed in four phases, aims to deliver an outstanding banking experience directly to customers' fingertips.

The app's functionalities encompass digital customer enrollment via document scanning (CPR, passport, driver's license), facilitating domestic transfers and bill payments using Fawri, Fawri+, and Fawateer services, enabling international and internal bank transfers, supporting multiple payment services for top-ups and credit card payments, as well as facilitating hassle-free management of cards and accounts. Furthermore, the new digital app boasts features like personalized home page customization, QR code-based web login, multi-account access, saving payment shortcuts, executing transactions outside the app environment, and facilitating credit card payments through various channels, among a host of other capabilities.
